Template publication, the displayed public prices and PayPal checkout are live through seller-controlled Hostinger product URLs. Hostinger records the order and emails the private ZIP to the buyer's checkout address after successful payment.

The download licence grants one purchasing organisation internal business use of the selected dated edition. It does not include future editions, regulatory updates, maintenance, hosting, support, consultancy, certification or legal advice. Users retain the ZIP and their own project backups.

Product value

  • 16 functional .xlsx smart workbooks with controlled inputs, formulas, examples, dashboards and interchange sheets.
  • 13 editable .docx reporting templates with matching archive .pdf files.
  • A local browser project workspace for intake, scope, inventory, sampling, execution, evidence, findings, remediation, retest, exceptions, approvals, dashboarding, import, export, backup and restore.
  • 10 dated candidate official-source applicability and requirements maps covering WCAG 2.2 and ACT, WCAG-EM 2.0, Section 508, ADA Title II, the European Accessibility Act, the EU Web Accessibility Directive and EN 301 549, UK public-sector requirements, Canada federal ICT, and Ontario AODA.
  • Four completed fictional engagements: a WCAG product assessment, Section 508 procurement review, EAA e-commerce review and public-sector statement workflow.
  • 219 structured procedures: 55 map one-to-one to WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria, while supplemental procedures are selected conditionally for the audited product, content, technology, environment and applicable rules.
  • Deterministic edition ZIPs with manifests, checksums, licence terms and third-party notices.

All 219 generated procedure files match the current controlled source hashes. This is a generated-file integrity check only, not independent content verification or regulatory review.

Procedures are audit templates, not evidence by themselves. A user creates evidence by executing an applicable method against a defined target, recording observations, retaining supporting artefacts and applying competent human judgement. The toolkit does not determine applicability, certify a product, guarantee complete coverage, or issue conformance or legal conclusions.

Coverage must be planned for each engagement. Define the product scope and representative user journeys; inventory the page, screen, document, component and state population; justify the sample; record technologies and assistive-technology environments; select conditional procedures; evaluate accessibility-supported use; and preserve exclusions, blocked tests and residual risk. Sampling cannot by itself establish whole-product conformance.

Publication and checkout control

The seller removed the publication hold and recorded the decision in AAS-609. The 19 unsigned human quality-review gates are archived optional protocols: they were not performed and are not represented as verification or as template-publication gates.

Checkout is live through PayPal at seller-controlled Hostinger product URLs. Hostinger test order #1001 recorded Files sent and Fulfilled (test) without a charge; the first real buyer inbox, downloaded ZIP and hash observations remain post-launch evidence. The toolkit makes no claim of independent verification, certification, legal compliance or complete coverage. It supports auditor work; it does not replace competent execution, the cited official sources or legal advice.
