Verification boundary
The source-rights register is verified for the exact product use and evidence recorded on 27 August 2026. Copying more source text or assets, changing a use, removing a required notice, or using a publisher mark for promotion requires a new disposition. Original-work ownership is recorded in the register; organisational commercial release authority remains separate.
