Product and licence
Each product is a self-contained digital download. Payment grants one purchasing organisation a non-transferable, non-exclusive, permanent internal-business-use licence to the dated edition purchased. The buyer may adapt editable files for its own internal projects and client delivery, but may not resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the suite or a substantially equivalent derivative as a template product.
Delivery and operation
The product is delivered as a versioned ZIP with a manifest and SHA-256 checksums. It operates locally after download. No paid API, hosted runtime, subscription, telemetry service, seller account, or seller-operated maintenance service is required. The buyer is responsible for retaining the original ZIP and project backups.
Payment, order email, and private delivery
At checkout, the seller's Hostinger Store records the order, collects the buyer email needed for the receipt and download, and sends the private ZIP delivery link after successful payment. PayPal is the connected payment gateway and handles payment information under its own terms. The seller uses the order email only for transactional delivery, fault, refund, and other required order communication; no separate marketing signup is configured.
Dated-edition boundary
The purchase includes only the edition identified at checkout. Future editions, regulatory updates, compatibility updates, support, hosting, consultancy, and maintenance are not included. A later edition is a separate product unless the seller expressly states otherwise in writing.
Audit-template boundary
The toolkit provides editable planning, testing, evidence, and reporting templates. It has not been independently verified and is not legal advice, certification, an audit opinion, a complete test methodology for every product, or a guarantee of accessibility or regulatory compliance. Buyers remain responsible for competent execution, requirement selection, scope decisions, legal interpretation, approvals, security, privacy, and published claims.
Rights and third-party material
The commercial licence governs the paid assets. Identified open-source components and third-party materials remain subject to their own notices. Official standards and regulatory source material are linked or briefly labelled; they are not sold or relicensed by the seller.
Consumer rights and faults
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable, the buyer may be asked to acknowledge immediate digital delivery and the effect on a statutory cancellation right. Contact info@accessibilitytestcases.com if the download is faulty, corrupt, materially incomplete, or not as described.
